Passive SAW devices for remote temperature measurement |

The opportunities of passive SAW devices application as remote temperature sensors are discussed. The results of developing a constructive temperature sensor prototype are adduced. Implementation techniques are considered, and key characteristics of the remote temperature measurement system are calculated.
