PERESVETOV The article considers the choice of the drive for exciting initial vibrations in the micromechanical gyroscope. The conditions under which the contact between the electrodes of the planar drive is possible are determined. The calculation of the required drive force to achieve the specified performance characteristics of the gyroscope is made.
