IVANOV Annotation: questions of increasing of steganosystem stability while transmission of privileged information through open data channel. Choosing as a steganocontainer JPEG 2000 files is determined by increasing of digital images’ traffic of this format in the common stream of multimedia. Quantization noise appears while quantization in the process of multimedia data compression according to JPEG 2000 standard. The algorithm of data embedding, described in the article, helps to determine the dependence of steganosystem stability from wavelet coefficients’ quantity, which has large values in the fractional part. Multimedia data file modelling takes place in the process of steganocontainer transformation, according to JPEG 2000 standard.
