VEDERNIKOVA The problems of system analysis and software reliability of automatic measuring systems operating in areas of radioactive contamination. The occurrence and correction of errors in the software is considered as a Markov birth and death process with continuous time and found its performance. It is shown that the number of bugs in the program in the steady state, provided that the total number cannot exceed n, distributed according to a truncated Poisson distribution with parameters n and a and allows intuitive interpretation similar to the n-channel queuing system with refusals.
