Management Stationary Mode Isothermal Reactor with Reversible Exothermic Reaction |

The mathematical model of isothermal ideal mixing reactor, based on the equations of material and heat balances for the reactor as a whole and of each component of the reaction. Feature of the model is to describe the chemical transformation in a generalized form with the stoichiometry of a reversible chemical reaction. Factors in the model are the intensity and temperature of the input streams for which the contours are marked stabilization and heat flow from the heater. Using this model the steady regimes reversible exothermic reaction, the static characteristics obtained via control output variables: temperature, level, concentration. Approximations are made and evaluated the linearity of these characteristics. Identify areas of the reactor negative gain, leading to a loss of stability of the control object.
