Akimov D.A. The paper presents an algorithm and implementation of the software part of the system of intellectual energy efficient thermal management of industrial facilities. For a software implementation was chosen platform Microsoft.NET Framework 4.0. Programming conducted in the language of C #, the development environment Microsoft Visual Studio 2010. Developed knowledge base, based on the data that consists of several interrelated tables and inference systems based on the resolutions. The program is designed for system control valves thermal system by issuing a control command. Decision-making system based on the information on the current situation and is designed to provide energy-saving effect when used in control systems for temperature control of industrial plants.
