The mechanisms of industrial disaster evolution are almost not investigated today, even more so the symptoms for their early detection, identification and compensation. The paper focuses on these issues. The results obtained make the framework for the system of complex industrial safety (SCIS) with the centralization of synchronous in aggregate information flows from the components of a geographically distributed industrial complex (GDIC). The compensation of industrial disaster evolution is typically not related with undesirable putting a GDIC out design operation but rather with the automatic switch to a partial load mode. A procedure for attaining initial and subsequent dynamic adaptability of the system to a specific SCIS is presented.
