Identification and Determination of the Reliability of the Decisions

Paper describes modern questions of determining, identification of decisions made by man in conditions of professional, labor or everyday activity. Determination of reliability of such identification is important for professional activity control of complex industrial systems and installations operators. The other side of this question is testing of personal for professional suitability in questions of new employment. It is also important to possess an instrument for define true or false statement made by person and as well instrument of verification of the information that statement contains. One of existing methods of such control is “lie detector” or polygraph. It’s use couple with existing disbelief to perfection of such device realization. This paper consider one of possible alternatives of such testing procedures, based on studying subject’s encephalograms and brain evoked potentials in particular. Paper provides depiction of experiment on evoked potentials extraction for complex visual-cognitive stimuli for the purpose of implementation in true/false detection systems or “lie detectors”. Methods of processing target encephalographic data and brief results id described.
