Kitabov A.N. The article outlines the principles of a decision support system in problem diagnosis submersible electrical equipment, oriented knowledge using inference methods by precedents. This system allows you to make decisions about the presence or absence of trend parameters of the equipment at various stages of development problems. A method for signal preprocessing unit using vibration continuous wavelet transform, which allows to generate a data set describing precedents so that each of them will correspond to only one type of defect. In addition, the attributes of the equivalence classes are formed precedents. The technique of forming the nuclei of equivalence classes, taking into account the particular application. Developed the rules of recognition of classes of precedents, including using a complex criterion of similarity of analyzed images, which allows a high degree of reliability to detect defects in the equipment.
