Yartsev M.I. This is the research analyzing the results of the practical appliance of the modern method of combined studying “Independent studying and network classroom trainings”. There is a compare analysis of the objective results of the appliance of classical scheme of studying and stated above. Advantages and disadvantages in the context of the real appliance of this modern method of combined studying were discovered and stated based on the results of the practical appliance of this method and on comparing of the results of the practical appliance of the classical and modern one methods. The requirements to all participants of the process of studying and to the technical procuring were stated. Consumers of distance education can be universities and industries that improve the educational level of their employees.
