The article discusses the evolutionary approach to systems development situation management processes of production of titanium sponge, which includes the identification of situations of functioning processes of recovery and vacuum separation, synthesis, based on the identification of decision support systems and management processes. Analyzes the well-known methods for the identification of situations of functioning of processes based on the use of subsystem measurement of additional process variables, mathematical models of the dynamics of the processes of mathematical model of the thermal condition of the unit separation.
