Lupachev A.A. Novikov D.B. The article deals with the construction of monitoring system of turbo-generators on the basis of the vibration velocity measurement supports. The most important module of such systems are the expert system for the classification status of the unit. Vector diagnostic features of the system produces the output of the existing automatic systems of control and diagnostics of turbine. Examples of construction of expert systems and application features. Consider a structure that implements a monitoring system using intelligent methods of creating an expert system. In the basis of expert system is an artificial neural network, which produces the classification of the turbo generator. Multilayered perceptron is trained using the method of reverse distribution of errors. There is also a special neural network for short-term prediction of individual components of the vector diagnostic signs. To assess the quality of the forecast is used as a relative indicator standard error of the forecast. Based on the analysis of the achieved level of this indicator, the decision on the holding of a new stage of training the neural network.
