The article presents the results of research work related to the study of functional, technical and economic characteristics of human systems on the Russian market, the analysis of global trends in the development of human systems, and presents modern methods of designing and developing software solutions based on Web-technologies. A study of the subject area with the study of human processes in various industries, which led to a characteristics of enterprises and companies that require personnel information system. As a result of the comparative characteristics of the existing personnel information systems, it became apparent that only established system meets the needs of the potential customer – both functional and technical characteristics and economic indicators. Multi system architecture is presented with a detailed description of the functional part, justified the choice of software tools needed to develop the system, determine the technical requirements for the operation of the system by the users, as well as algorithms for the description of the basic operations.
