Investigated units are considered adaptive and extreme systems. Highlighted specific elements of such systems: the control unit and reconfigurable controller. Their analysis and formulated requirements for them. Qualitative characteristics of the control device is largely dependent on the delay time. An expression that relates this option with quality adaptation. The analysis of reconfigurable controller which shows that if the controller operates in a steady state, then the dynamic characteristics do not affect the stability of the system. Analyzed the presence of the random component in the signal quality criterion, which leads to the appearance of unsteady mode of reconfigurable controller and reduce system stability. This effect is associated with a reconfigurable controller that the presence of a random signal containing harmonic components, the controller adds conservative element. To remove its influence need to spread working frequency of the main loop and the spectrum of a random signal.
