In article the methodology multi-criteria analysis of object-oriented analysis and selection of fuzzy algorithms and neural control. The features of this task and the expediency of applying the method of fuzzy multi-criteria analysis in selecting the most effective control algorithm biotechnological process. It is proved that the method of fuzzy sets in conjunction with the procedures of the hierarchy analysis method is one of the best possible methods of multicriteriahoice of effective control algorithm, since the conditions in which designers system of automatic control (SAC) selects control algorithms, these methods satisfy the conditions. Methodology for the selection algorithm at the initial stage of system design can reduce the time and complexity of creating new systems.
