Development of Mathematical Models and Methods of Optimal Control of Automated Crushing and Screening Process |

The article presents the mathematical formulation of the problem of optimal control of automated crushing and screening production (ACSP). As the main product of the stochastic characteristics of crushing was justified selected its coarseness.
Proposed optimal control problem crushing process of raw materials considered as a problem of sequential decision-making. For its decision to apply the methods of subjective or Bayesian, statistical decision theory.
It is shown that the process of finding optimal control is approximated by a Markov random process with discrete states and continuous time. As the payoff function was considered the desired value of the product fineness crushing, and as a transition function determines the density of the normal distribution of particle size of crushed product.
