Research of Exactness of Compensating Element is in Resilient Kinematics Connection of the Run-Time System of Robot |

Work is executed in a direction of perfection of elements of designs exact instrument making, and also knots of the handling systems which are carrying out operations of control in manufacture of integrated schemes.В to article research of accuracy of the compensating elastic kinematic connection executed on a tube of Burdona, the manipulator of the precision robot is conducted. Research is spent provided that passive corners are defined. The kinematics of disclosing of a tube is presented by replacing lever mechanism with the lowest steams for definition of primary errors in a spring of Burdona in which characteristic points of its fastening and moving are defined. Research of influence of a primary error in a profile of the main central axis of a spring for the speed and acceleration is spent with use of the replacing mechanism with the higher kinematic pair.
