The problem of construction in space of conditions of automatic system of the high-speed translation of the radio engineering antenna
according to the set program from one established state in another is treated. It is shown that the model of dynamics of the purpose is
the uncontrollable set part of the watching system with wave channels and is necessary for implementation of the stochastic forecast
(extrapolation) of a trajectory of the translation for implementation of optimum tracking, and also for interruption of receipt of information
in system on the wave channel. For modeling of dynamics of the purpose the Gaussian Markov casual process presented as to a vector of a
condition of the continuous linear dynamic system excited by Gaussian purely casual process and the having Gaussian vector of an initial
state is used. Depending on a range of the revolting infl uence (purpose) indignation is modeled in the form of «white noise» (if the range of
indignation exceeds an object pass-band) or «painted» – correlated.
