Pilipenko This article covers the problem of the introduction of automatic and automated control systems of premises to increase energy effi ciency and well-being of the owners of premises. The authors tell about the complexity of the hardware used for development of automated systems, and they give an example of modular automatic system. The author presents algorithms, source code in C ++, debugging circuit subsystems and the results of implementation, which confi rms the relevance of the development of such control systems.
