Drozd This article discusses the design stages and transferring into manufacturing of microelectronic products based on integrated circuits «System on a chip». The proposed structure of the Product Data Management (PDM) system, which is a key element of Integrated Information Environment that meets the requirements of microelectronic manufacturing. Formed requirements for the composition and content of the documents included in the information support of automated process control systems microelectronic production lifecycle. Results of the study can be used in the development of the architecture circuits «System on a chip» product data management electronic system to integrate all stages of the life cycle and the organization of Integrated Information Environment of the design or design and production organizations.
