Zubikov Article is devoted to a solution of the problem of creation of the specialized equipment for automatic detection of sensitivity of power materials to electric discharges. The tasks facing the automated system are considered and analysed. The constructive decisions made when developing executive part of system are described. The structure of the managing director and information and measuring parts of system is developed, the list of her functional blocks is created. Algorithms of functioning of system in the manual and automatic modes are developed. Diagram of temporary ratios of performance of the set operations are given by executive elements of system.
