Ivanova The paper presents a mathematical apparatus that implements the concept of assessing the quality of the preparation of technical profile in higher education based on the analysis of multi-level quality characteristics of the system of this kind of activity. Substantiated the probabilistic nature of the individual (for individual students) the completeness and timeliness of performance implemented educational processes, as well as the integrity and accessibility of the educational process. Formed mathematical model of these characteristics. We consider the option of presentation characteristics of the individual quality of the preparation of individual students, received on the basis of the individual characteristics of completeness and timeliness of ongoing educational procedures, and the integrity and accessibility of the educational process, as well as the version of the submission system characteristics the quality of training activities at a higher education institution for a set period of study.
