Chuvikov The article discusses the use of expert system «Analysis MVA» and simulation system Virtual CRASH 3.0 for solving tasks of Criminal Expertise Centre. The paper describes subject area of issues of examination and analysis of traffi c accidents. We consider aspects, such as: the concept of autotechnical examination, the procedure of investigation of motor vehicle accident (MVA) and basic questions that are answered by an expert in forensic independent examination after a traffi c accident. The description of the developed expert system «Analysis MVA» is provided. Also in the article is considered, as an experiment, a real traffi c accident. For all calculations, a special expert system «Analysis MVA» is used. Also in the article we carry out reconstruction of events road accident, which has been simulated in the Virtual CRASH 3.0 environment.
