N.R. Yusupbekov, Sh.M. Gulyamov, N.B. Usmanova, D.A. Mirzaev
Due to the complexity of software development process, there from the software reliability engineering point of view should be taken into account possible errors in code and proper techniques and approaches provisioning on their prediction, detection and/or elimination. In general, measurable attributes or properties of software are used for these purposes that serve as sources of information to define and determine an error. For large software systems, consisting of many parts (modules) depending on the functionality, it is advisable to explore the error models to predict or forecast the defect based on these attributes. This paper considers the possibility of using associative rules to determine features in a part of the code allowing to analyzing of reliability characteristics and identifying potential errors or defects in the software.
Keywords: software reliability; software error; reliability assessment; associative rules.
