Modeling the Degree of Automation of Hierarchical Control Systems by the Example of the Enterprise Process Control System |

This article discusses the technique of modeling the degree of automation process control system of the enterprise. The basis of the calculation is to determine the degree of functionality of software and hardware and the degree of automated control and management functions. Construction level model of weighting coefficients PCS based on expert opinions, allowing to prioritize the design parameters at every level of automation. For comparison and agree on the simulation results using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) T. Saaty. The mathematical justifi cation of the method of AHP, consistency and comparative evaluation of the results of the two methods. For the calculation of the level of automation used objects ranking of by various parameters, and the results for the formation of invest-projects on the modernization of automation systems and IT infrastructure.
