Makedonskiy The development of steganography currently caused by the widespread of digital information. Also expanding the list of formats, where the data is stored and transmitted. New algorithms for steganographic embedding are developed for new data formats. New formats and algorithms are used to create steganographic systems. Embedding data performed by such systems should be invisible, resistant to external influences; the capacity should be the maximum. It is desirable to use in these systems the maximum number of data formats and algorithms for embedding data. To solve this multicriteria problem of choice of the best steganosystem a model of vector criterion generation is suggested. Also in model getting the value of distance between generated vector and vector of the best values of criteria is described.
