Intensifi cation of the Process of Gravitational Purifi cation of Aqueous Process Fluids |

The system of gravitational purifi cation of liquids from mechanical impurities from the point of view of automation and the possibility of increasing the productivity is considered. Analysis shows that, other things being equal, the rate of precipitation of mechanical impurities depends essentially on the temperature of the liquid. To accelerate the deposition process, it is proposed to use high-frequency heating of mechanical impurities. The use of RF heating and a contamination sensor allows to increase the productivity and automate the cleaning process. In this case, it becomes possible to unify the purifi cation system to precipitate various impurities by changing the frequency of the HF generator. A block diagram of a liquid cleaning control system is provided, including control of the deposition process by changing the operation modes of the high-frequency generator, and also controlling the electric drive of the scraper conveyor to discharge the precipitated sludge.
