Nikulin, A.M. Sychev, M.V. Ponomarev, Le Vu Hyong Zang The principles of creation of the structured systems of assessment of characteristics of information processes are given in article. Concepts of a hypothesis, analogy and model of the studied processes are considered. The problem of the choice of adequate options of creation of the structured systems of assessment of characteristics of information processes is formulated. The indicator of adequacy of the methodical device of assessment of characteristics of information processes and an indicator of adequacy of the methodical device of mathematical modeling are proved. Expressions for determination of numerical values of these indicators are given.
