Kapulin The reasons for the appearance and the main stages of the development of the product life cycle support systems are briefl y considered, problems encountered in the implementation of PLM-systems in the informatisation of the design and production of integrated circuits using the “System on a Chip” methodology are discussed. The article considers a conceptual model of a common information space for supporting the life cycle of a VLSI with a parallel approach to the integration of its components. The issue of the infl uence of the human factor on the processes of information exchange in the information space of the enterprise is considered separately. In conclusion, an option is presented for implementing information support for VLSI design, namely, at the stage of testing, constructed taking into account the human factor and the principles of humanoriented design.
