Potapov In the article the questions of development of architecture of construction of the automated conflict sustainable management system training training (TS) operators ergo technical radio-electronic means (RECs). Considered two existing management system training the training of operators and their limitations are shown and formed areas of conflict resolution, the application of the RES when changing radio frequency conditions of operation in the organisation of the TP operators. The generalized scheme of interaction of the automated means in the conflict-resistant automated system (AC) of management of training of operators of radio-electronic means on the basis of which the structure of the conflict-resistant AC of management of TP is formed is offered.
