A Fast Algorithm of Parameter Choice of Block Noise-resistant Codes in the Systems with Adaptive Noise Resistant Coding and Decoding on the Basis of the Criterion of Average Risk Minimum |

The article considers the task of parameter choice of noise-resistant codes with minimal redundancy in communication channels with error grouping when it is necessary to provide specified authenticity of message reception and code decoding according to the criterion of average risk minimum. An algorithm of parameter choice of block noise-resistant codes has been suggested, it is based on the application of the Hamming bound used to calculate the initial starting search point and the method of the fastest descent used to organize the search procedure of code parameters.
