Dvilyansky In article it is presented hierarchical a rank the approach used within the limits of a mathematical method of modelling of a damage, put to objects of a critical information infrastructure at influence by destructive electromagnetic radiations. The given approach considers attributes of functionality of the object which is exposed to influence and provides use of expert system for a finding of function of the maximum prevented damage at minimisation of financial expenses.
