Automation of Technological Process of Finishing Processing of Glass-insulators |

The article deals with the automation of the process of tempering the product of electric power – glass insulators, the algorithms for heating and cooling of products were proposed, the method of situational changes in the behavior of objects and their binding to the PLC was used, automation devices were selected, the software, including the control SCADA-system was developed, parameters of the PID controller were calculated. In this article the questions of automation of technological process of hardening of products of electric power industry, in particular, glass insulators are considered, algorithms of multistage processes of heating and cooling of products with use of a method of situational change of behavior of objects and their binding to the industrial logic controller (PLC) are off ered, the pneumatic cooling system is developed, automation devices, including heating elements, high-temperature changers, sensors of presence of details, sensors and temperature controllers are picked up, the software is developed, including the control SCADA-system, the parameters of the PID controller were determined, the parameters were monitored in real time and the stored measurement results were analyzed, solutions for the enterprise network were proposed, the IoT (Internet of Things) technology was implemented, which allows separating the local and factory networks, redundancy was provided, as well as the possibility of remote process control.
