Vitenburg The development of information technology has led to the widespread use of information systems. The use of information systems in enterprises, including those related to critical infrastructure, has led to the urgent need to create information protection systems that can neutralize malicious influences on the production process. This article proposes a methodology for the formation and modernization of the protection system using the methods of intellectual decision support. The model of information resources of the enterprise information system has been formed. The need for the formation and updating of the threat model of the enterprise is determined. A mathematical model of decision support for the formation of the protection system has been formed. To build a mathematical model used a neural network. Conclusions are generated confirming the need to develop this kind of software.
