Estimation of Accuracy of Fuzzy Highspeed Parallel-conveyor Device |

This article describes a fuzzy control device for cooling a thermoelectric element. The control is performed by a field-effect transistor by regulating the gate voltage calculated using a fuzzy mathematical model. Experimental studies have made it possible to obtain a new relationship between the voltage at the gate of the field-effect transistor and the temperature on the cold side of the thermocouple. The result of experiments showed that this device produces a control signal for 360 ns and when using fuzzy implication with soft operations in the mathematical model, the accuracy of the device is higher by 20%.
