Integration of Network Solutions of the Internet of Things Concept with an Automated Control System for the Assembly of Automotive Engines |

The work is aimed at increasing the efficiency of the network infrastructure of industrial ACS for automotive assembly plants, which provides fundamentally new opportunities for integration, analytics and forecasting. A network model of industrial ACS is considered, which includes service-oriented components for exchanging information with various «smart» objects, heterogeneous local devices and systems. The architecture of automated control systems for automotive assembly plants, adapted to work with devices based on the technology of the Internet of things (IoT), is proposed. The configuration of the field level of the ACS of the assembly and assembly section of automobile engines in accordance with the IoT concept has been determined. Network devices and protocols are presented that allow implementing this concept in it. The principle of the organization of the transmission of IoT messages between heterogeneous local field-level systems and upper-level systems of ACS is shown.
