Recognition of Static Indications of Analogue Aviation Instruments of a High-speed Group by Means OPENCV |

The article is devoted to the consideration of the issue of calibration of aviation analog instruments of the high-altitudespeed group. General questions and problems of modern computer vision systems are considered. Attent ion is paid to the problems of visual reading of indications during verifi cation of products, as an integral part of the product life cycle. The article provides a detailed description of the software that makes it possible to recognize the static readings of aviation instruments during their calibration at various kinds of control stations. The main functions of the library of computer vision algorithms, image processing and general-purpose numerical algorithms with open source OpenCV, used in recognition of instrument readings, are described. The software is developed in the high-level general-purpose language Python 3.7.7. Approbation of software for recognition of readings of high-altitude-speed group aviation instruments was carried out. The results of the program are given, showing the eff ectiveness of this approach to the verification of aviation instruments of highaltitude-speed group.
