Hyperautomation of Construction Materials and Structures Enterprises |

The article discusses the tasks of hyperautomation of enterprises for the construction materials and structures production, as a combination of multitasking machine learning, batch software and automation tools for performing work. It is shown that hyperautomation is associated with all stages of automation itself (detection, analysis, design, automation, measurement, monitoring and reassessment), and its main focus is on understanding the entire range of automation mechanisms, as well as their relationship and how to properly coordinate them. Hyper-automation can significantly reduce production costs, and with the use of advanced digital technologies it becomes possible to minimize material consumption and production time. It is shown that, in the most concentrated form, these latest computer and production technologies are expedient to be used in the digitalization of calculations and the design of technological processes for the production of building materials and structures.
