Automated System for Testing Algorithms for Controlling the Process of Induction Soldering of Waveguide Paths |

This paper presents mathematical and software tools designed to test control algorithms for the technological process of induction soldering of waveguide paths of spacecraft. Setting up a technological process by carrying out fi eld experiments is expensive and laborious. The use of mathematical and software tools will reduce the labor intensity and cost of developing a technological process by replacing full-scale experiments with model ones. The automated system proposed in the study includes a set of mathematical models both for individual elements and for assembling the waveguide path as a whole. The software represents the implementation of these mathematical models for testing and tuning control algorithms for the induction soldering process. The software is developed in the framework of an object-oriented approach. The use of this software will simplify and reduce the cost of testing and tuning the technological process of induction soldering of waveguide paths.
