Industrial Automatic Control Systems and Controllers Annotation << Back Simulation of the Automatic Liquid Level Control System in the Program CODESYS A.A. Silaev, M.A. Trushnikov, S.I. Efremkin The paper presents a simulation of the liquid level regulating process using the CODESYS software. As a control study, a level control scheme with a valve at the inlet and a pump at the outlet was selected. The control object is described by an integral link. The PID regulator was chosen as the law of regulation. An algorithm for the operation of the automatic liquid level control system in the CODESYS environment has been developed, which takes into account the physical limitations of changes in the inlet flow rate and the tank level. The algorithm is implemented using the function block language. The control system visualization screen has been developed that shows all system parameters in real time. On a separate trend, the values of the input flow rate and liquid level are shown as graphs.
