Research of Dynamics of Manipulators with Regular Links |

The statics and dynamics of handling system of the robot used in operations of an adjustment and control of integrated microcircuits, and also in assembly operations of exact instrument making is investigated. The manipulator consists of the regular elements forming links; values of movings for different types of designs of links are resulted; dependences of frequency of own fluctuations on length and radius of links of a hand of the manipulator are received.
