KOCHETYGOV, A.V. POLYAKOV Hierarchical automation structure for chemicals and highpurity substances production is offered. A methodology and software are developed for synthesizing flexible automated systems for chemicals manufacture. An automated subsystem for calculating optimal switch modes of a flexible chemicals production system is developed for multi-product manufacture of high-purity substances such as multicomponent materials of fiber optics.
