Analysis of the Distribution Function of the Time Delay of a Closed Loop for Regulating the Parameters of the Technological Process |

The issue of formalization of the probabilistic-temporal characteristics of the physical elements of the control loop of the technological process parameters is considered. Based on the technical parameters of the nodes of the regulatory map and the general technical documentation, functional diagrams of the time delays of a number of elements were compiled in the form of a graphic image (cyclogram). A graphical representation of the distribution function of the time delay during the passage of the signal through the nodes is obtained. The analysis of the time delay distribution function was performed: decomposition into sinusoidal functions, estimation of the period of the internodal transition function, determination of the average approximation error by the least squares method, identification of the periodicity of the distribution of time delays of the entire circuit as a whole.
