In article some aspects of working out of the automated mobile testing installation, the crude oil intended for measurement and the oil gas taken from bowels and for data transmission about results of measurements and indication on the central control offi ce are considered. It is offered to include the equipment in structure of an innovative test and control complex, allowing to function to the automated measuring installation as an element of the distributed system of monitoring in which results of measurements with system GLONASS use arrive in the centralized database where collect, stored and processed in the automated mode.
