Karpov This paper proposes an approach of mathematical modeling of information systems based on modified probabilistic description of flow homogeneity of events. Based on the modification of a probabilistic description of the Poisson pro-simplest flow of events received two probability distributions for the flow of events with the properties of the ordinary, stationary and no aftereffects. We also obtain expressions for the distribution laws of the time of appearance k-th event and the main numerical characteristics.
