Application of artificial neuron networks for adapting automatic control systems during their operation |

The paper examines a method for adapting PID loop’s settings in under dynamic changes of control object’s properties. The adaptation is based on modern artificial intelligence techniques, such as evolution optimization algorithms and artificial neuron networks (ANN). An ANN-based algorithm for the approximation of functional relationships between controller settings and control object’s parameters is developed. It can be used for adapting automatic control systems during their operation.
