Characteristics of Multilayered Piezoconverters of Nano-
and Micrometric Movements

The characteristics of multilayer piezoelectric transducers for nano-and micromovings, code management. The static and dynamic characteristics of multilayer piezoelectric transducers for nano-and micromovings the longitudinal and transverse piezoelectric effect.The use of piezoelectric transducers for nano-and micromovings prospectively nanotechnology, nanobiology, photonics, energy, and astronomy mikroelektronike for precise alignment, compensation of temperature and gravitational deformation. Increase range of motion to tens of micrometers is achieved by using a multilayer piezoelectric transducer, which is one of the most promising nano-electromagnetoelasticity engines and micromovings that provides nanometer precision in the range of tens of micrometers. Application of multi-layer piezoelectric transducer, code management allows efficient use of electro-analog conversion for nano-and micromovings proportional to the control code. Piezotransducer nano and micromovings works by inverse piezoelectric effect: moving achieved by piezotransducer deformation when an external voltage.
