Zakharova O.V. Progress in development of ACS and an important role of industrial controlers is presented. It is shown that at the present stage of automation at each step of the formation of the control actions required: а) modeling of the current assessment of quality of regulation on all volume of space of conditions of object of management and comparison with expected, reference or boundary a priori known characteristics (surfaces, functions); b) modelling changes of adjustable parameters to determine the current value of the controlled parameter; c) the organizations of process of numerous modeling of reaction of object of management on operating influence for an assessment of possibilities of its application on the current step of management or regulation. Constantly changing environment of the industrial enterprise entails a variable structure of production. Requires regular modeling of manufacturing processes to find adequate models for system components. In work it is told about need of creation of program tools for the organization of such processes of modeling as they aren't realized in known systems of automation.
