Method of Diagnosis of the Technological Process in Real Time |

Algorithms of operation of the information and diagnostic computer system providing automated management with tests and functioning of object at the expense of connection of a complex of mathematical and imitating models of real time are considered. Emergency protection of objects in the course of tests and functioning has to react to a various range of emergency situations: malfunctions, removable in the course of tests; emergencies, removable in an operational mode, the emergencies demanding a stop of process and allowing eliminations of consequences of accident; the catastrophic situations demanding aprioristic reaction for the purpose of their prevention. Ensuring technological safety when carrying out tests of object and a control system of this object demands creation of a complex program and the hardware united by uniform approach, guaranteeing with sufficient reliability timely and proper response to a problem situation. In work the method of diagnostics of the process of this kind, carrying out recognition of an initial (preliminary) stage of emergence of accident in the conditions of measurements from the noise komponenty is offered and tested for models. Possibility of use of parallel calculations for diagnostics realization in real time scale is considered.
The admissible delay of time of calculations is provided with algorithm realization on the multiprocessor computer.
