Industrial Automatic Control Systems and Controllers Annotation << Back Four Generations of the Communications Complex Control System of Special Purpose Sobol V.M. Matyukhina E.N. In an article in quite succinctly presented r evolution of four generations of communications for automated process control system for transmission of special purpose for nearly forty years of their creation and use of the facilities operation. Among the completed developments appear: message switching center, the hub end-load automated communications center, a complex documentary exchange, customer contact point, computerized subscriber terminal and late-stage development of terminal complex data processing. The submission emphasized that the basis of the main methodological decisions in the development of this subclass of systems over a specified period of time was based on the concept of tolerance to structural and algorithmic projects, functional architecture task domain communication of information by a common system integrators design. It is shown that the use of a unified information system platform of national design for all four generations of systems will provide significant modernization resource and invariance to the continually evolving electronic components and common linguistic and operating software.
